Anita teaches yoga to kids, seniors citizens, and is also a certified Holistic Health, Eating Psychology, and Body-Food Relationship Coach. She teaches women how to release weight, find body freedom, and live happy, healthy and hot by embracing what she calls “the diet-free approach to loving your body and rockin’ your life™”. Anita earned her yoga certification from both mini yogis and Yoga Ed. and her health coaching certifications from the Institute for the Psychology of Eating and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
