Born and raised in Paris, France, I grew up passionate about arts, and active with sports – from horseback riding, to scuba diving, and tennis. I majored with a BA in Art History from the Louvre, where I started my career as an early art educator. When I moved to California in 2000, I furthered my education in early education at UCLA, and I am currently Director of an Early Childhood Development program at USC.
In California, I was introduced to surfing and yoga! From Kundalini to Hatha, I fell in love with the challenge yoga offered while being so kind to my body. It naturally weaved into my teaching practice with young children to enhance body awareness, flexibility, creativity, while having fun! I completed my teacher training with mini yogis in 2012, and have been teaching since then. I recently became reiki master, and have my 200-hour RYT in progress.
I am a mommy of three – Two children, and a Great Dane baby. They are the joy of my life, and together we enjoy traveling, cooking great food, hiking and surfing!
