Jessica found yoga in 2006 as a way to alleviate severe back problems she had since she was a child and has been hooked ever since. She loves bringing yoga to all walks of life and considers it her life’s purpose to spread as much joy, love, and health that she can. Jessica has completed 200-hour trainings with both YogaWorks and Yoga Vidya Gurukul in Nasik, India. She completed mini yogis teacher training in 2014 and has been teaching kids yoga ever since and loving it. Since her first experience teaching yoga to kids she has been inspired in whole new ways – not only by the amazing effect that yoga has on children’s lives, but by all the ways she has learned from each and every child as well, believing that each child is a beautiful and unfiltered being of creativity, emotion, and intelligence.

"I was just emailing to thank you for your help easing my transition into yoga. I had never done yoga before, but after being lucky enough to have you as my first teacher, I have truly fallen in love with it...I just really had to thank you for your help."
