I had the honor of interviewing Shana Meyerson, founder of mini yogis yoga for kids. Shana, who likes standing on her hands better than her feet found her life’s work in yoga and teaching kids took time from her busy teaching schedule to share her insights on the benefits of yoga for kids, what parents should look for in a program, the importance of excellent teacher training and how a parent can evaluate that training to pick the best program for their kids. She also shares the benefits and special consideration of yoga training for kids with special needs. Thank you Shana!
