Lauren currently works as a Teacher Associate in a second grade class. She has worked with children in the classroom for three years, has tutored kids ranging from preschool to high school, and has worked as a camp counselor with children on the autism spectrum. Lauren graduated in 2016 with her B.S. in Applied Psychology from NYU and plans to become a licensed social worker. She completed her YOGAthletica 200-hour teacher training and mini yogis teacher training with Shana Meyerson and is constantly seeking to grow her yoga practice. Lauren values yoga for the physical challenge and mental calm it brings. She shares the practice hoping others will discover how yoga can positively influence their everyday life.
