Yaarit fell in love with yoga during her first pregnancy when she took a ten-day Vipassana course in Northern California and decided to follow that path for inner peace. Yaarit has completed the mini yogis foundation training, and completed her 200-hour adult teacher training with Anita DE Francesco M.A in 2005. She has been teaching yoga ever since. Yaarit is married with twp amazing girls and studying for her bachelor’s degree in psychology these days. She loves to travel, hike, cook and be with her family.
